Whangara Farms' story is a tale of timeless mana. Legend has it Paikea discovered Whangara whilst riding on the back of a whale. Paikea saw a great resemblance and beauty to his much loved home land which he named Whangara-Mai-Tawhiti (Home from afar). A home of relentless beauty.

These days Whangara Farms located on New Zealand's East Coast, north of Gisborne leads the way in modern farming techniques and is devoted to producing premium quality beef, lamb and wool products. They have built a business with the utmost regard for sustainability, quality and longevity. We were asked to work with the people of Whangara Farms to create a brand that represented the people, the land and the farm to position them as a premium New Zealand supplier within local and international markets.
